Metro Siege
A downloadable Beat 'Em Up

Metro Siege is being created by a super team of talent from PixelGlass, Enable Software, and BitBeamCannon.
Metro Siege will be a commercial release, available for purchase as physical versions and digital versions via Steam and Itch IO. For now you can play the demo based on the Amiga version in your browser at metrosiege.com or download the actual Amiga ROMs to play it on your real Amiga's or emulators. Be sure to read the move lists before playing!

Unleash your large arsenal of punches, kicks, knees, stun moves, special attacks, elbow drops, and more to clean the streets from the rival gangs who captured the city in a massive riot.
Fight your way through many varied districts of your city as you battle your way to the final boss and his henchmen.

- 1 or 2 player co-op beat 'em up action
- Three unique playable characters to choose from, each with very different fighting styles and appearances
- Sophisticated combat mechanics, with evasive maneuvers, blocks, counter-attacks, and many ways to hit enemies while they are down!
- Enemies get more skilled and use new combat styles as the game progresses, to increase the challenge and keep things interesting
- Metro Siege is designed to avoid typical button-mash hypnosis. The gameplay rewards engaged fast paced decision making.

We're making Metro Siege for 16-bit Amiga computers, Neo Geo, and a modern version for PC. When you get the Steam or Itch.IO version you're actually getting all three versions to play! The Amiga version will be finished first, and the other two will become playable once they are finished.
All versions will have the same core three playable characters to choose from, but the alternate versions for each character will be different between the Amiga and Modern versions of Metro Siege. Both versions will have other differences in game play and boss fights so players can have unique play experiences with each.
- The Amiga version will include disk images, a CD ISO file, and WHDLoad install file for you to burn or install them for use with a real Amiga, or play with your favorite Amiga emulator.
- The Neo Geo version will put great use to the systems extra sprite power, with more detailed environments, on-screen color, HUD elements overlapping the game graphics, and improved character animations.
- The modern version will run on PC via Steam or Itch.IO, and will use the same graphics as the Neo Geo version as a base, but will feature a wide screen aspect ratio, many visual enhancements, and a "Chaos" difficulty option with many more enemies on screen to deal with.

Riots suddenly break out across all burros of the city, as street gangs go wild to take control over their territory. Kim, who was recently suspended from the police force for unsanctioned investigations into the mysterious death of her father, appears at the MMA gym of her best friend Alex, and they take to the streets to fight their way through the city, to find the cause of the riots and put an end to the chaos.

For each of the core three playable characters, selecting them with a different button or selecting them after the other player has already selected them, you'll get an alternate character who looks very different, but with the same core play-style.

The cinematic and jazzy sound-track for Metro Siege is being created by John Tsakiris.
